BI Xuefeng


He is a member of AGI, an academician of SGDA and currently a professor of the China Academy of Art,Dean of  the School of Design. In the 1980s, after graduated from Zhejiang Academy of Art, Bi Xuefeng joined his colleagues in developing the enlightenment of graphic design in Shenzhen, a by then brand new city. In 1997, he founded 'Imagram Design' and served as design director.

He is not only a designer but also a practitioner—he has changed his imaginative designs into some influential brands and programs. In addition, by footing on the Chinese culture, he thinks over the cultural contents contained in graphic design and continuously explores its formal language, and his works has won over a hundred awards and prizes home and abroad:gold award, silver award, Judges award and excellence award more than 20 from 'GDC' in 1996 and 2007; silver awards, bronze award and excellence award more than 10 from 'Hong Kong Design Show' in 1996,2000 and 2005; gold award from 'Hong Kong International Poster Triennial 1997' ; silver awards, bronze Award and excellence award from '1999 and 2009 Chinese National Art Exhibition” ; the best design award and excellence Award more than 10 from “the 7th National Book Design Exhibition” in 2010; two sliver awards and one bronze award from “HKDA Global Design Awards 2011”; gold award and excellence award from “the 19th Hong Kong Print Awards” etc.

His works have also been selected for international poster biennale and triennial. such as TDC Tokyo, HIPB, IPT, the International Poster Biennial in Brno , the International Poster Biennial in Warsaw,  the International Poster Biennial in Mexico, Incheon International Design Fair and the Golden Bee - Moscow International Biennale of Graphic Design.

The member of Alliance Graphique Internationale (AGI), Deputy Dean of The Committe of Book Design and Art of The Publishers Association of China, the member of Shenzhen Graphic Design Association (SGDA), and the founder of Nanjing Graphic Design Association. In 2000, Zhao Qing established “Han Qing Tang Design Co., Ltd.” and hosted the post of Chief Design Director. As the Associate Senior Editor of Jiangsu Phoenix Science Press and postgraduate supervisor of School of Design of Nanjing University of the Arts, Zhao Qing has devoted to practice, research and development of graphic design in various fields for more than three decades. His personal works are either rewarded or selected among almost all important worldwide graphic design contests and expositions. Moreover, he earned numerous international design rewards such as ADC (New York), TDC, One Show Design, D & AD (the UK), Red dot (Germany), IF, Golden Bee (Russia), JTA (Japan) , TDC (Tokyo), GDC (Shenzhen), GDA (Hong Kong), DFA (Hong Kong), Golden (Taiwan), etc.

Cybu Richli


Cybu Richli was born in Switzerland in 1977.
He studied architecture and visual communication at the Lucerne University of Art and Design. After graduating with highest honor as designer, he was invited to Chicago by the investment company Morningstar to conduct research in the visualization of financial data.

In 2006, Cybu Richli founded together with Fabienne Burri the design studio C2F in Lucerne, Switzerland. They specialize in developing unique and specific visual communication solutions. Their services cover all media: from editorial design, information design, signage to corporate identity and posters for cultural and commercial clients who value the power of design. They work for individual artists, architectural offices, universities, museums, institutions and global brands: internationally with clients like The New York Times, W.I.R.E.D. Seed Media, I.D. International Magazine, 100 best posters; with swiss clients like Basel Historical Museum, ETH Zurich, Fumetto – International Comic Festival Lucerne, Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, The Museum für Gestaltung Zürich and many more.

Since 2011 Cybu Richli has been a professor in Visual Communication at the
ZHdK – Zurich University of the Arts. As head of Master Visual Communication department, he was responsible for the structure of the programme until 2014.

As a guest lecturer, he was invited nationally and internationally, to Basel, Bern, Chicago, Hamburg, Lugano, Marrakech, Moskau, San Francisco, Stuttgart, Tel Aviv and other cities.

For his work he received prestigious awards and recognitions: All Gold of the World, Award of Type Directors Club New York, ADC Young Guns, China International Poster Biennial Awards, Lucky Strike Junior Designer Award,  Swiss Design Award, The Most Beautiful Swiss Books and many more.
